The Berechtsamskarten contain information on the current mining permits (concessions) for the prospection and extraction of earthwärme and hydrocarbons in the area of the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition to today's authorization forms PERMISSION (according to § 7 Federal Mining Act [BBergG]), AUTHORISATION (according to § 8 BBergG) and BERGWERKSEIGENTUM (according to § 9 BBergG) some mining licences still exist prior to the entry into force of the BBergG (so-called OLD RIGHTS) (according to § 149 BBergG). Should you require further information on the Erdwärme or hydrocarbon concessions, these are generally subject to fees in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Land Ordinance über die Gebühren der Bergverwaltung und der Geologisches Dienst (<a href='https://www.lgb-rlp.de/fileadmin/service/lgb_downloads/general/gebuehrenverzeichnis_des_lgb.pdf' target='_blank'>Special Gebührenverzeichnis</a>).
