Genetic mapping of a C. australis x C. inodora F1 hybrid

Genotyping by sequencing using the ApeKI enzyme was performed on a progeny between Citrus reticulata cv. Fortune and a C. australis x C. inodora F1 hybrid to establish a high-density genetic map of the interspecific hybrid between two Australian Citrus species. This is part of a broader project of comparative genetic mapping in the Citrus genus.
