U.S. Census Block Group Metadata with Geometry

Our U.S. Census Block Group Metadata and Geometry product is designed as an easy to use lookup table for detailed features of census block groups. This dataset includes all U.S. census-defined block groups, equipped with latitude and longitude coordinates for the centerpoint of each block group. Additionally, it encompasses related geographic and administrative identifiers such as state, county, census tract codes and names, designated place codes and names, as well as congressional, state legislative, and school district boundaries. Each block group's data includes FIPS codes, CBSA codes and names, and the percentage of overlap with ZIP codes, among other details. We also provide GeoJSON geometry for each block group, facilitating advanced geospatial analysis.
