A total of 69 samples were collected from 8 patients focused on the application of preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) protocols on blastocyst culture medium (BCM) , trophectoderm (TE), and blastocyst-stage embryos (BE) specimens (69 samples, 23 BCM, 23 TE and 23 BE from 8 patients with normal karyotype).
