Replication Data for: `Legal Origin Beyond Labels: Moral Distance, Administrative Power, and Market Efficiency'

This repository contains the data and code required to reproduce the figures and tables reported in the companion article on legal origins, administrative power, and moral distance. The package comprises a harmonised country-level dataset, the donor–recipient assignment, a moral-distance matrix, and three Jupyter notebooks that generate: (i) a heatmap of moral distance, (ii) descriptive statistics, and (iii) the regression results.
