本产品基于高速公路ETC通行数据，结合车辆行驶轨迹、通行频次、时段特征等多维信息，构建非法疑似营运车辆识别模型。通过对比车辆的行驶模式与正常私人车辆的使用习惯，智能识别高频率、非正常行驶时段或路线的车辆，判定是否存在非法营运行为。

This product constructs an identification model for vehicles suspected of illegal commercial operations based on highway ETC toll data, integrated with multi-dimensional information such as vehicle driving trajectories, passage frequencies and time period characteristics. By comparing the driving patterns of vehicles with the usage habits of normal private vehicles, it intelligently identifies those with high passage frequencies, abnormal driving time periods or routes, and determines whether illegal commercial operations are occurring.
