Lisinopril high dose in G2G2 mice

Higher dose of Lisinopril was tested in G2/G2 mice. For this experiment disease phenotype was induced with adenovirus. Mice exhibiting proteinuria were randomized into either treatment (n=8) or control groups (n=8) on day 7 post-injection. One mouse in the High dose lisinopril group was found dead on day 14. Proteinuria decreased ~7-fold in treatment group.
