"Thermo-oxidative aging in oil\u2013paper insulation systems significantly affects the reliability and lifespan of power transformers. This process is driven by heat, oxygen, and metal catalysts such as copper, which accelerate oil oxidation. As oxidation progresses, by-products such as acids, moisture, and sludge are formed. These substances promote the depolymerization of cellulose insulation, reducing its degree of polymerization (DP) and weakening its mechanical strength.The dataset includes experimental results for RBD coconut oil, soybean oil, and mineral oil under controlled aging conditions. Key parameters measured were water content, acidity, viscosity, dielectric dissipation factor, dissolved CO\u2082 and CO gases, and the DP of cellulose paper. Measurements were recorded at Day 0, Day 10, Day 20, and Day 30 under air and nitrogen atmospheres, and for both oil alone and oil with cellulose paper. This comparison helps evaluate the insulation aging performance of natural ester oils and mineral oil."
