Targeted loci environmental - indoor metagenome (16S rDNA) sequencing of several sites in three different rooms of Charité Berlin

Samples were taken in duplicates of several sites in three different rooms at the Charité Berlin. The DNA of the duplicates was extracted using two different kits. The 16S rDNA was amplified, sequencing libraries generated and sequenced. Taxonomies were identified for each of the samples and the duplicates compared with each other with focus on testing different contamination filtering methods.
