RNA was isolated from ATDC-5 cells transfected with OE-AKAP2 and OE-NC, and an mRNA library was prepared and sequenced. Three samples from each group were used for a complete gene expression profile. With OE-NC as the control group and OE-AKAP2 as the comparison group,the differences were analyzed using edgeR software, and the upregulated and downregulated genes were obtained, respectively.
