CATCH4D Upscaling — tree detection and crown volume (Troisdorf)
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the CATCH4D Upscaling research package on tree-crown detection and recorded crown-volume analyses in Troisdorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It combines Victoria Luise Pissulla's master's-thesis work on RGB-based tree-crown detection and LiDAR-based crown-volume estimation with the CATCH4D Upscaling study of LiDAR-derived relative height as an additional input to tree-crown detection. The package includes analysis notebooks and saved HTML outputs, an interactive website, a QGIS project, geospatial data, selected trained models, experiment settings, original scripts and recorded results. The main notebooks check the supplied inputs and recalculate statistics and figures from existing results; they do not train models, rerun detection or calculate new crown volumes. The website presents the study and recorded results for interactive exploration. Installation and usage instructions, contribution credits, citations and component-specific licence notices are provided in the archive. Its web-folder is published under https://upscaling.catch4d.ils-geomonitoring.de via https://catch4d.de This research is funded by the ICLEI Action Fund 2 through the CATCH4D project and subsequent upscaling activities.
