Gut microbiota of patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) are effective for EGFR-mutant NSCLC, but biomarkers for prognosis and side effects are limited. This study investigates the gut microbiota's potential as a biomarker for EGFR-TKI-induced diarrhea and treatment efficacy in EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients.
