Description
The WinbugsStatePond.txt file contains two models which may be pasted into the Winbugs 1.4 software to perform the capture–recapture analyses described in the original paper for State Pond. The response X, a matrix, is not the standard capture history matrix. Instead, X indicates the capture history which appears following the Bugs language comment symbol (#) in the 8 lines which relate survival (psi), capture probability (p), and chi parameters to the multinomial cell probabilities (theta). Random effects (g) of release groups, and the covariate data, svl, Date, Stage, Trial and Release are related to survival, capture or chi probabilities using the logit link.
