Next Generation Amplicon Sequencing of Blastocystis from cattle in Alava, Spain

Next generation sequencing (NGS) of 108 samples of fecal DNA from cattle to detect and characterize Blastocystis subtypes. Blastocystis-specific primers were used to amplify the SSU rRNA gene.
