This archive supports the manuscript "Instrument Validation for Metaheuristic Performance Indices: An Axiom-Derived Battery and a Pool-Independent Composite Index" submitted to Swarm and Evolutionary Computation. It contains the raw optimization traces, unified benchmarking harness, analysis scripts, generated tables, figures, and provenance records used to validate a pool-independent composite performance index over 25 algorithms on CEC2017/CEC2022 and an out-of-distribution robotics suite.
