EXEMPLIFY-SEE: Approach to Employee EBL Methods to promote SE Education

To facilitate the adoption of Example-Based Learning (EBL) in Software Engineering (SE) education, we developed the EXEMPLIFY-SEE approach, which provides step-by-step guidance, assisting educators in planning their lessons according to the pedagogical approach they wish to employ. This approach has been implemented in the EXEMPLIFY-SEE Portal, which supports educators in the planning and execution of lessons. The portal offers an interactive tutorial that guides educators through all stages of lesson planning, from theoretical instruction to the selection of practical activities and the integration of feedback. Additionally, the portal includes a repository with links to examples that educators can use, making it easier to select appropriate content for different SE topics.
