Data underlying the publication: Towards a new measure for social well-being at work.

Anonymous survey data of 452 respondents in the Dutch public sector about their social well-being at work (24 items, Likert scale) and some background variables. The labels in the dataset are in English, but the data were collected through a Dutch questionnaire, which is included in the dataset.
