This study attempts to scrutinise tourists’ switching intention towards human service after robot service failure, with zone of tolerance and trust on stance in technology as biases. The study integrates biases derived from prospect theory and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology as a conceptual framework. A total of 330 valid samples are collected through a quantitative approach, with structural equation modelling employed for data analysis.
