Dataset on Phishing Detection Behavior, Communication Intensity, and Security-Related Stress in the Dutch Workforce

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from Dutch professionals on phishing detection behavior, communication intensity, and security-related stress. Collected in 2025 via Qualtrics, it includes Likert-scale and demographic variables. Suitable for research in cybersecurity, organizational behavior, and stress psychology. Note: This research was conducted as part of a master thesis (@TilburgUniversity).
