Pandemia, scrittura, voci accademiche. I mesi del lockdown su Facebook

The essay proposes a sample analysis of some posts published during lockdown on the personal Facebook pages of some Italian academics. Their voice, given their social role, can be labeled as authoritative within the social network scenario. Particular attention is paid to Sergio Lubello (University of Salerno) who collected his posts in a recently published book. Other posts, by Sebastiano Valerio (University of Foggia), represent a starting point for a reflection on the widespread use of incorrect literary sources as well as on the dangerous disclosure of false data on social networks. Another interesting aspect is related to the images of private quarantine places; the analysis of said images was carried out by considering posts by Fiorenzo Toso (University of Genoa), Piero Pieri (University of Bologna) and Vincenzo Caputo (University of Naples Federico II), which point to an idea of the house as a 'scenic space' during lockdown, and to a possible convergence of private and public sphere.
