ALARM NMR data - HAT inhibitors

Representative [1H-13C]-HMQC ALARM NMR spectra for reported histone acetyltransferase inhibitors. ALARM NMR is a protein-based NMR counter-screen for flagging potentially promiscuous and/or assay interference compounds in drug and chemical probe discovery.

Human La antigen (50 uM final concentration) was incubated with reported HAT inhibitors (400 uM final concentration) in 25 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 10% D2O, in the presence or absence of DTT (0 or 25 mM final concentration).

Data was obtained on a 700 MHz Bruker Avance NMR spectrometer equipped with TCI Cryoprobe. Compressed files (.zip) are in standard Bruker format and were analyzed in TopSpin 3.5.

Controls: DMSO (vehicle), CPM (thiol-reactive control compound), fluconazole (negative control compound).
