Diatom assemblages from sea ice, surface water and surface sediments in Sept-Îles Bay (Québec, CA)

An analysis of diatom assemblages from sea ice, surface water and surface sediments was carried out at six sites in Sept-Îles Bay, on the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence (Quebec, CA). The first file presents the absolute values of the microscope counts and the relative abundances of the species. A second file presents additional information for each site sampled. Surface water and sea ice samples were collected on February 15, 2023, while surface sediments were collected on May 9 and 10, 2023.
