对于同步电动机,轴承是一个很关键的部件,轴承的性能可以直接影响到电动机的寿命。此外同步电动机的轴承长时间摩擦和磨损后会导致电机不稳定,甚至可能发生故障。因此,在轴承磨损程度达到一定程度时,通过考察同步电动机轴承运行稳定性来及时更换轴承,以保证电机运行的稳定性。同步电动机轴承运行稳定性与轴承的振动速度、振动幅值和轴承连续运行温度变化有关,采用标准评价方法来判定轴承运行稳定性是否合格。1、数据检测:采用测试仪器AS062(申克)测定同步电动机轴承振动速度,采用测试仪器DS821.ds1001/10/045/015/050/299/0(申克)测定同步电动机轴承振动幅值,采用测试仪器WZP2-532(安徽天康)测定同步电动机轴承连续运行2小时的温度变化。通过在测试仪器上输入测试参数,包括:同步电机型号、轴承型号、测试环境温度、轴承润滑方式、转速、轴瓦直径、径向工作载荷、横向工作载荷;然后开机进行测试。2、数据输出:经过测试,输出轴承水平振动速度、垂直振动速度、轴向振动速度,轴承振动幅值(X)、振动幅值(Y),和轴承起始温度、轴承运行0.5h温度、轴承运行1.0h温度、轴承运行1.5h温度、轴承运行2.0h温度。3、数据评价:当轴承水平振动速度≤2.3mm/s,垂直振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴向振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴承振动幅值(X)≤37μm,轴承振动幅值(Y)≤37μm,轴承起始温度和稳定运行2小时的稳定均≤80℃时,判定轴承运行稳定性合格;

For synchronous motors, bearings are a critical component whose performance directly affects the service life of the motor. In addition, prolonged friction and wear of synchronous motor bearings will lead to motor instability and even potential failures. Therefore, when the wear level of the bearing reaches a certain threshold, it is necessary to timely replace the bearings by evaluating the operating stability of the synchronous motor bearing to ensure the stable operation of the motor. The operating stability of synchronous motor bearings is correlated with the vibration velocity, vibration amplitude, and continuous operating temperature changes of the bearing. A standard evaluation method is adopted to determine whether the bearing operating stability meets the qualification criteria. 1. Data Detection: The test instrument AS062 (SCHENCK) is used to measure the vibration velocity of the synchronous motor bearing; the test instrument DS821.ds1001/10/045/015/050/299/0 (SCHENCK) is used to measure the vibration amplitude of the synchronous motor bearing; and the test instrument WZP2-532 (Anhui Tiankang) is used to measure the temperature changes of the synchronous motor bearing after 2 hours of continuous operation. Test parameters including synchronous motor model, bearing model, test ambient temperature, bearing lubrication method, rotational speed, journal bearing diameter, radial working load, and transverse working load are input into the test instrument before starting the test. 2. Data Output: After the test, the collected output data includes: horizontal vibration velocity, vertical vibration velocity, and axial vibration velocity of the bearing; vibration amplitude in X direction and vibration amplitude in Y direction of the bearing; as well as the initial bearing temperature, bearing temperature after 0.5 hours of operation, 1.0 hours of operation, 1.5 hours of operation, and 2.0 hours of operation. 3. Data Evaluation: The operating stability of the bearing is judged as qualified only when all the following conditions are satisfied: horizontal vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, vertical vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, axial vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s; vibration amplitude in X direction ≤ 37 μm, vibration amplitude in Y direction ≤ 37 μm; and both the initial bearing temperature and the stable temperature after 2 hours of stable operation are ≤ 80 ℃.
