Enhanced the denitrification efficiency of immobilized microbial particles by magnetic

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of magnetic field on denitrification of immobilized denitrifying bacteria. It was found that magnetic field improved the denitrification efficiency of microbial immobilized particles,especially for wastewater with low C/N ratios.High-throughput sequencing showed that the magnetic field could maintain the stability of the microbial community structure and relative abundance in immobilized particles.
