The ore-cenozoic porphyry metallogenic system in the eastern section of the Gangdise metallogenic belt in Tibet data base is supported by Gangdise Metallogenic Belt Geology Mineral Survey Project. The data of petrogeochemistry and geochronology can reflect the genesis of rocks and deposits and the age of diagenesis and mineralization, which will provide scientific basis and basic data for metallogenic background and metallogenic mode of the Mesozoic-Cenozoite porphyry deposit. The data base is shown in Excel, which includes three files of.xlsx recrding major, trace and dating data. majorelement_Gangdise.xlsx includes 141 records and 105 fields, traceelement_Gangdise.xlsx includes 273 records and 166 fields, reos-upb_Gangdise includes 208 records and 100 fiels. The data provided by the base are carried out in the national well-known test data laboratory, which the data quality is reliable.
