Organelle-target discovery for selective amoebicidal therapy: three-endpoint screen vs Naegleria fowleri (data & code) + Montenegro's Medium (MM) protocol, v1.0

Complete package for the organelle-target screen against Naegleria fowleri. Includes S1–S24 Tables.xlsx (plate maps/readouts), minimal Python scripts to rebuild Figs 1–3 (commands in README), and Montenegro’s Medium (MM) protocol used in all assays (1 L formula in g/L, target pH 6.8 ± 0.2, 0.22 µm filtration only, storage/QC notes). Endpoints: LDH at 24 h, caspase-3 at 48 h, JC-1 at 72 h for amoeba-only and HeLa + N. fowleri plates. Per-plate normalization used NoRx = 0% and Positive = 100% with inversion when (Positive − NoRx) < 0; when anchors overlapped, raw signals are provided and anchors logged.
