Behavioural data from spawning observations of Misgurnus sp. Type I sensu Okada et al. 2017 (Type I loach) and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus (Type II loach). Each row represents a single spawning event recorded from an experimental group consisting of one female and two males. The dataset includes species identity, experimental group ID, observation date and time, time after the second HCG injection, duration from the beginning of the approaching-and-following phase to separation, and coiling duration (time from the onset of coiling to egg release).
