资源简介:
Data were collected from a single aquifer system during two different seasons (summer and winter) in Covey Hill, Quebec, Canada, in 2023. Groundwater samples were pumped into a bioreactor system to replicate natural seasonal conditions. Some physicochemical parameters were measured directly in the aquifer, while others were obtained from samples collected during bioreactor incubations. I have included the physicochemical metadata and FASTA files (FAA sequences) used in my master’s project. The FASTA files contain amino acid sequences obtained from the assembly of 1 kb contigs. These sequences were used for functional annotation using BlastKOALA. The physicochemical metadata correspond to the environmental data used in my analyses. For additional details about the methodology and results, please refer to my thesis (link provided below).
