ORCHIDEE model outputs files associated with the manuscript "Interannual variability of semiarid savanna spring and summer monsoon growing season productivity and evapotranspiration over nearly two decades" by Scott et al. (2023).

This repository contains observation, prior (non-optimized), and posterior (optimized) model fluxes for the US-SRM site. ORCHIDEE model parameters are optimized using ET data from 2004 to 2011. The daily fluxes for gross ecosystem productivity (GPP in gC/m2/day), net ecosystem production (NEE in gC/m2/day), evapotranspiration (ET in mm/day), and ecosystem respiration (Reco, gC/m2/day) are reported. There are a few missing data points with no values.
