CT-LabSTAF continous FLC from M187 in 2023

LabSTAF deployments during M187 primarily focused on FLC protocol comparison, we here provide data from one instrument run with a consistent protocol throughout the cruise.

The instrument was run in Auto-FLC mode and PEP and DWM were automatically run and applied before each FLC. Data from other instruments and data collected on CTD-rosette profiles and during nutrient addition experiments can be made available upon request.

The folder raw_rsf contains raw rsf files and extracted data for the two filaments sampled during the cruise. To open .rsf files too look at or extract data, you can download the latest version of the software at:

The folder auxiliary contains the cruise report, the cruise track and a folder with all blank measurements.
