Lipid metabolism-related gene selection in Bian chicken

To find the differential genes of lipid metabolism, we selected a ALA experimental group and the control group for transcriptome sequencing of liver tissue based on all the experimental results.Transcriptome sequencing analysis of Bian chicken liver tissues revealed a total of 783 differentially expressed genes. GO functional and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 17 relevant genes involved in lipid metabolism.
