Processed 10x single-cell RNA-seq count matrix of mouse tumour-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, supporting Braun et al., Immunity 2020 (CD155 drives CD226 degradation in CD8+ T cells). Published data; raw sequencing reads are on GEO (see the paper's data-availability statement). Analysis code: https://github.com/BaldLab/Braun_et_al_Immunity_2020. Data are provided as zip archives (partNN.zip); download all and run unzip '*.zip' in one directory to reconstruct the original folder tree (see ARCHIVE_MANIFEST.txt).
