Lassa mammarenavirus Genome sequencing

Genome Sequencing of Lassa Virus from West Africa. Our aim is to significantly increase our whole genome sequence dataset for diverse LASV strains. This will further help us with two of our other overall goals, including computational analysis such as for studying genome evolution and association with clinical phenotypes, and development of improved field-deployable diagnostics for LASV.
