This Excel workbook contains all the input data and arithmetical
manipulations we use to estimate the flow of calorific energy through the
current (2011) global food system, and to estimate the flows of food
energy in a number of hypothetical scenarios for 2011 and 2050. The
workbook should be read in conjunction with the associated manuscript,
which contains full descriptions of the methods and scenarios used. The
attached Excel workbook is password-protected and therefore only available
on request. Please contact rdm@lancaster.ac.uk if you wish to access the
