资源简介:
In 2014, some 76.3 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent were emitted in Austria. As a result, emissions were around 3.2% lower than in 1990. Compared to 2013, GHG emissions fell by 4.6%. The main reasons for this are the reduction in emissions in the field of energy application and the mild weather. The non-ETS sectors emitted 48.22 million tonnes in 2014. GHG emissions were thus 3.9 million tonnes below the national emission ceiling for 2014. According to scenario analyses by the Federal Environment Agency, the national target for GHG reduction by 2020 can be achieved through additional measures, especially in transport and room heating. Consistent long-term efforts are essential for achieving the 2030 and 2050 targets.
