花叶凤尾竹(Bambusa glaucescens f.albo)组培快繁体系的建立
花叶凤尾竹(Bambusa glaucescens f.albo-variegata)具有很高的观赏价值,但现存量少,需通过组织培养技术实现快速繁殖的目标。本研究以花叶凤尾竹当年生幼嫩带节茎段为外植体进行组织培养,探索花叶凤尾竹组织培养外植体采集时间、消毒条件、增殖和生根的最佳培养基配方。结果表明,以6月下旬采集保留叶鞘的花叶凤尾竹幼嫩带节茎段为外植体,可得到最高的存活率;最佳消毒方式为有效氯浓度
