This dataset includes supporting data for "Engineering of Inhalable Nanoagglomerate Dry Powders for Treatment of Respiratory Diseases: Rational Development, Characterization, and Evaluation". The studies focused on the development, Design of Experiments-guided optimization, physicochemical characterization, and biological evaluation of inhalable remdesivir and paclitaxel nanoagglomerate dry powder formulations. The dataset contains data for the physicochemical characterization of particle size, zeta potential, colloidal stability, drug loading, encapsulation efficiency, and morphology of nanosuspensions; physicochemical characterization of thermal profile, crystallinity, morphology, drug content, flowability, and stability of nanoagglomerate powders; modelling results of Design of Experiments-guided optimization of nanosuspension and nanoagglomerate powders; in vitro aerosol performance, drug release, cellular viability, and cellular uptake data of nanoagglomerate powders; and in vivo biodistribution and efficacy data for the optimized paclitaxel nanoagglomerate powder formulation.
