Data and analysis code for circular paper chromatography of soils under agricultural wastewater reuse

Processed analysis data and Python code supporting the manuscript "Circular paper chromatography of soils under agricultural wastewater reuse: multivariate structure and discriminatory performance". The package contains 180 chromatographic score records from São Fernando (36) and Frei Martinho (144), Brazil, and a separate Frei Martinho fertility table with 144 records. It includes a data dictionary, source fingerprints, reproducible PCA and penalized multinomial classification routines, numerical results and a validation report. Sixty-eight tables were compared successfully with archived results within the documented numerical tolerance. The chromatographic analysis version contains three seasonal/wastewater-reuse conditions. The reported triplicate laboratory procedure does not establish independent field sampling or a verified replicate mapping for all archived rows. Unverified auxiliary grouping proposals were excluded from the public analysis table without changing the values used in the analyses. Original grouping codes are retained for computational reproducibility; their biological identity remains unresolved. The fertility table is not joined to chromatographic records, and missing unit definitions are explicitly documented. Results are exploratory. Raw photographs, XRD instrument files and SF physicochemical source matrices are not included.
