Acinetobacter baumannii MDR-SHH02 Genome sequencing. Acinetobacter baumannii strain:MDR-SHH02

Acinetobcater baumannii is an important opportunistic pathogen that has caused global outbreaks of nosocomial infection. Multidrug resistant A. baumannii isolate MDR-SHH02 studied here was isolated from a case in a hospital in Shanghai of China in 2009. Genomic analysis of MDR-SHH02 may lay an important molecular foundation for future study of the mechanism of drug resistance in A.baumannii.
