Thirty-three Dabieshan tick viruses identifed by metatranscriptomic sequencing Raw sequence reads

A total of 719 Ixodid ticks samples were collected from Shandong province, China between May and July 2019. 28 libraries tested positive for Dabieshan tick virus and 33 L gene sequences and 31 S gene sequences was obtained by both High-throughput sequencing and Sanger sequencing. Our results greatly enriched the genomics information of DBTV which indicate that DBTV is prevalent in Shandong Province, and has certain genetic diversity.
