Reproduction package for lake-aware validation of multi-sensor satellite water-quality retrieval across Chinese inland lakes
收藏资源简介:
This deposit provides the reproduction package for the manuscript "Lake-Aware Validation of Multi-Sensor Satellite Water-Quality Retrieval: Cross-Lake Transfer and Few-Shot Recalibration Across Chinese Inland Lakes." The source code is archived in code.zip, a clean snapshot of the MST4MWP reproduction package excluding .git, cache files, manuscript sources, generated figures, trained models, historical run artifacts, and restricted/raw data. The file matchup_manifest_558_records.csv lists the 558 two-sensor Landsat-8/9 and Sentinel-2 satellite-field matchup records used in the manuscript. For each retained record, it reports the station identifier, lake name, water-quality targets, in-situ sampling date, retained Landsat-8/9 and Sentinel-2 acquisition dates, satellite-field temporal offsets, scene cloud-cover metadata, image identifiers, and a truncated SHA-256 hash of the final 40-feature fused model input. The hash supports independent verification of re-extracted feature vectors without redistributing raw spectral values or station coordinates. The package also includes build_matchup_manifest.py, which regenerates the manifest from the local analysis data layout, and run_gee_matchup.py, the archived Google Earth Engine extraction script documenting the satellite matchup procedure used to construct the raw Landsat-8/9 and Sentinel-2 spectra tables. CHECKSUMS_SHA256.txt provides SHA-256 checksums for the uploaded archive, manifest, and scripts. This deposit does not redistribute the original raw or processed in-situ/spectral datasets. Users should obtain the source in-situ dataset from the Zhai et al. Zenodo release and follow the data-layout notes in code.zip.
