Composite wastewater samples were collected from a WWTP in New Jersey. The samples were filtered and DNA was extracted from the filters. DNA extracts were sequenced using the Minion MK1C platform with 3 barcoded samples per run. Sample sequences submitted have been base called and demultiplexed to generate fastQ reads for each sample.
