Dataset on risk factors for seroconversion against Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis in dairy cows.

This dataset contains potential risk factors at time of calving for Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP). The files contain a data dictionary and the raw data. The data was collected as part of a cohort study of 439 dairy cows from 6 dairy herds in the UK follwed up from 2011 until 2021.
