Spectral induced polarization monitoring of toluene biodegradation by Rhodococcus wratislaviensis in controlled laboratory conditions

This repository encompasses the acquired experimental data for time lapse monitoring of toluene biodegradation using a strain of Rhodococcus wratislaviensis with SIP and geochemical data. Data pertain to acquisition at both the inlet and outlet of the column experiment. The files are: dipole_1_sip_frequency_monitoring.csv : Time lapse frequency monitoring at 1.5 mHz of the column undergoing biodegration over a period of 11 days. This dataset cquisition was performed at dipole 1 located at the bottom of the 25 cm long column. dipole_2_sip_frequency_monitoring.csv : Time lapse frequency monitoring at 1.5 mHz of the column undergoing biodegration over a period of 11 days. This dataset acquisition was performed at dipole 2 located in the middle of the 25 cm long column. dipole_3_sip_frequency_monitoring.csv : Time lapse frequency monitoring at 1.5 mHz of the column undergoing biodegration over a period of 11 days. This dataset acquisition was performed at dipole 3 located at the top of the 25 cm long column. Inlet_Conductivity_and_pH.csv : This file contains electrical conductivity measurement and pH of the pore solution measured at the inlet that is before injection of the culture solution in the column. Inlet_oxygene.csv : This file contains dissolved oxygen content of the pore solution measured at the inlet that is before injection of the culture solution in the column. Inlet_toluene.csv : This file contains toluene concentration in the growth solution measured at the inlet that is before injection of the culture solution in the column. Outlet_Conductivity_and_pH.csv : This file contains electrical conductivity measurement and pH of the pore solution measured at the outlet that is after the poral solution has circulated through the column. Outlet_oxygene.csv : This file contains dissolved oxygen content of the pore solution measured at the inlet that is after the poral solution has circulated through the column. Outlet_toluene.csv : This file contains toluene concentration in the growth solution measured at the inlet that is after the poral solution has circulated through the column. The file named spectra contains spectral induced polarization data for the same three dipoles at specific dates. These dates are as follows : 0, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10.
