资源简介:
This study investigates the concurrent application of polydioxanone (PDO) threads and photobiomodulation (PBM) using red LED light on individuals with glabellar static wrinkles. A randomized, controlled, double-blind, single-center trial involved 40 participants divided into two groups: one receiving effective PBM and the other a PBM sham. Participants met inclusion criteria of Glogau aging classification levels 3 and 4, static glabellar wrinkles, and absence of significant comorbidities. PDO threads were applied along the glabellar line. In the effective PBM group, 2J and 660nm red LED light was applied punctually along the thread, twice weekly for nine sessions over 30 days. Primary outcome was oedema assessment, with secondary outcomes including dermal thickness and PDO thread degradation. Analysis utilized linear ultrasound (10-14MHz, Mobisson brand) over 6 months, following intention-to-treat principles and employing a general mixed model for statistical analysis, with a 95% confidence interval.
