Hormonal basis of sex differences in anesthetic sensitivity

Each JSON file contains XYZ coordinates for each c-Fos positive neuron referenced to the Allan Reference Atlas Coordinate System. Each file contains n x 3 matrix (c-Fos positive neuron ID by coordinate x, y, z). Each file is an individual mouse. File names distinguish which group mouse is part of and which mouse number within a given group. CM=castrated male, WTM= wild type male, WTF= wild type female. Reference annotation atlas can be found in the Dataset as well.
