Applying super wettability theory to nanocomposite and MOF functional membranes for oil-water separation
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the supporting experimental data for the manuscript "Applying Super Wettability Theory to Nanocomposite and MOF Functional Membranes for Oil-Water Separation" by Ganesan, Sagadevan, and Dhanushkodi (Vellore Institute of Technology). The study engineers surface wettability in polysulfone membranes via nanocomposite and MOF integration to achieve efficient oil-water separation. Included are AFM, FESEM, FTIR, WCA, and XRD characterization data, along with roughness factor calculations (Sets 0–3) used for Wenzel/Cassie-Baxter wetting model analysis. Together, these datasets link surface chemistry, morphology, and crystalline structure to the membranes' hydrophilic performance. The data is provided to support reproducibility and further analysis of the reported results.
