RAW data DPPH, ABTS, and Lipase of Seagrass "Antioxidants and Anti-Obesity Properties of Two Indonesian Seagrass Thalassia hemprichii and Zostera marina"

This dataset contains RAW data on the results of DPPH and ABTS antioxidant tests, as well as lipase inhibition tests. All data comes from curation and normalization by the test laboratory. 'Notes: THE: Thalassia hemprichii—ethanol (polar); THH: Thalassia hemprichii—hexane (non-polar); ZME: Zostera marina—ethanol (polar); ZMH: Zostera marina—hexane (non-polar); Trolox is control.
