RNA-seq results in the kidney of female Tet1 knockout mice treated with or without ischemia reperfusion

To understand key pathways and regulatory genes in the kidney of female Tet1 knockout mice treated with ischemia reperfusion Overall design: Female Tet1 knockout mice and their age-, sex- matched control mice were treated with unilateral renal ischemia/reperfusion (45 min / 3 days) . For each experimental group, two biological replicates of RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq. Each sample consists of a pool of RNAs extracted from kidney of 3 different mice.
