Powerbank Network Instance Files

This dataset refers to a network of powerbank (batteries) terminals located in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Niteroi, Brazil. It contains an array of distances in kilometers between 42 points and five demand scenarios created by Monte Carlo simulation method, using real data from the network. The dataset is used in an optmization model, developed as a mixed integer programming model (MIP) that combines strategic network location and sizing decisions (where to install and the capacity of the terminals) with operational decisions (allocation and reallocation of batteries at the terminals).本数据集对应巴西里约热内卢与尼特罗伊两市的共享充电宝（powerbank，蓄电池）终端网络。该数据集包含基于该网络真实数据，通过蒙特卡洛模拟法（Monte Carlo simulation）生成的42个点位间的千米级距离数组，以及五类需求场景。该数据集可用于一款混合整数规划模型（Mixed Integer Programming, MIP），该模型将战略层面的网络选址与容量规划决策（即终端安装点位与终端容量配置），与运营层面的电池分配及终端间重分配决策进行整合。
